We aim to treat each person with equal concern, giving freedom of choice whilst offering access to and encouraging participation in every opportunity.

We respect all families regardless of social and economic background, ethnicity, abilities, sexual orientation or religious belief. We actively oppose discrimination. Children with special or additional needs are welcome and we will do all we can to fully include children with disabilities.

We value and celebrate cultural diversity which helps promote a rich learning environment. This is reflected in the curriculum and resources. As needed, we will give extra support to children and families whose first language is not English, whilst encouraging children to freely express themselves in their most familiar language.

We believe in providing highly nutritious, good quality meals, not only for your child's health and physical wellbeing but also to develop their taste buds and social skills involving food.

Tiddlers can access to a wide range of specialist services and professionals offering support in areas such as health and education.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), by providing a learning environment focused upon play where all individual children are encouraged to develop to their full potential in all areas of learning. Qualified Early Years Practitioners use their knowledge and experience of child development to observe and listen to the individual child to ensure that their needs are being met and to enable us to plan activities and experiences to encourage and enhance their learning.

We have a comprehensive selection of policies and procedures that are reviewed and updated annually or when required following evaluating practice/new legislation/training.
