Tiddlers Day Nursery opened in March 1997 and has been at the centre of Early Years care in Saltford since then. Set in a converted bungalow on the main A4 between Bristol and Bath.
We cater for babies and Toddlers at our Bath Road site and pre-school children at the new purpose built setting at Saltford Primary School. All staff has early year's qualifications and regularly update these to keep their knowledge fresh and with the most modern thinking in child care at their fingertips. We are a very friendly, happy nursery, pre-school and Chuckles and are proud of the service and care that we provide.
Each room is equipped with its own age related equipment and a resource to ensure the environment your child plays in meets all their needs. We believe strongly in working with parents and carers of all the children who attend our nursery, pre-school and Chuckles and welcome all your comments and suggestions.
Tiddlers aim to meet the emotional & social needs of the children and to offer appropriate care & stimulation, to prepare them for early year’s curriculum. The equipment, activities & routines have been selected to give the best possible care, & encourage all areas of development in all children.
‘To provide the highest quality of care and education in a warm, loving and safe environment’
The building is light, airy & spacious, clean & secure meeting the health & safety Regulations.
We are also very privileged to have students on long & short term placements from several colleges & schools studying child care.

30 Hour Funding Notificiation from HMRC
We’re encouraging those parents who haven’t yet applied for a 30 hours code for the summer term to apply now. HMRC sometimes needs more information from the parent to check whether they’re eligible, so parents must allow good time for this.
